Lisa has been with the firm since 2006 and is an Accountant in our Business Services Department.

On a daily basis, Lisa deals with bookkeeping and VAT returns for charity clients; management accounts for client companies; accounts preparation and auditing. She also carries out independent examinations of charity accounts together with Solicitors’ compliance work.

Lisa’s expertise is predominantly in charities and Solicitors’ compliance. She began working in an accountancy practice in 1989 in the bureau department, dealing with payroll and purchase/sales ledgers. Having gained knowledge in how accounts are pulled together, she moved into the accounts department where she was involved in accounts preparation, audit fieldwork and the drafting of tax computations.

In 1994, Lisa became AAT qualified, and then qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant in 1997, becoming a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in 2002.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, walking, reading and scuba diving.
